Macb Summer Lollidays Pro Tips
Amateur lolly makers can stop reading. This is just for the Pros… 💪
You can match your fresh fruit to the flavour of your Macb water or mix it up with a wildcard – like putting tangy lemons in a sweet Strawberry & Kiwi lolly. Tell us about your flavour combos on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram with #SummerLollidays!
Water vs Fruit Ratio:
Don’t go too crazy with the fruit in your ice lollies. If you can’t fit much Macb water in, it’ll be hard for the lolly to hold together. It’s all about finding that balance. Not chopping your fruit up too small helps leave bigger gaps for the Macb to fill.
See if you can find a way to create a layered lolly, with multiple Macb flavours and different fruit at each level. Hint – you may need to try to find a way to freeze in stages.
