It’s nice, living in Scotland. For all sorts of reasons. But mostly because we’re close to some of the best natural spring water in the world.

The water we use for macb is Deveron Spring water from the lost well of Tarlair. So, lucky we found it. It bubbles away deep beneath the Scottish Highlands, passing though layers of rock until it eventually appears clear, bright and naturally pure.
